Review Reply AI provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage and respond to customer reviews. The service includes automated reply drafting, email notifications, and a dashboard for review management.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam, harass others, violate any laws, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Gumroad. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Review Reply AI is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
